Group Villa is the largest villa in our collection — a complete entertainment complex for up to 15 guests. Located in Duong Dong — the island capital — it offers maximum space, entertainment and convenient infrastructure within walking distance.
The 60 m² pool is the villa's centerpiece — big enough for everyone. Loungers around the perimeter, a swimming lane, and LED lighting at night transforms it into the perfect pool party venue. Next to it: BBQ area with professional grill and dining table for 20 under a wooden canopy with fairy lights.
For entertainment lovers: professional karaoke room (50,000+ songs in English, Korean, Vietnamese, Russian), microphones, 500W speakers, LED lights and disco ball. Game room with ping pong, darts, and PlayStation 5. Outdoor cinema with 120" projector screen for movies under the stars by the pool.
Five king-size bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and A/C, ensure privacy for every guest. Two living areas allow groups to split by interest. The night market is a 5-minute walk. At $550/night for 15 guests = just $37/person/night — cheaper than a hostel, but with private pool, karaoke and BBQ!
