Booking & Payment
From $120/night for Family Villa (2 bedrooms, pool) in low season to $750/night for Group Villa (5 bedrooms) at peak. Average 3-bedroom villa with pool: $200-350/night. Full pricing table.
1) WhatsApp us or fill in the booking form. 2) We suggest villas and calculate the price. 3) Pay 30% deposit. 4) Get email confirmation. The whole process takes 1-2 hours.
Deposit 30%: bank transfer or PayPal (buyer protection). Balance 70%: cash (USD or VND) or card on arrival. Official confirmation and receipt provided.
Free cancellation 7+ days before: full refund. 3-7 days: 50% refund. Less than 3 days: no refund. Date changes free subject to availability. Full policy.

Villas & Amenities
Family Villa — child-safe pool with fence, kitchen for baby food, playground, washing machine. Long Beach area with shops and restaurants nearby. From $150/night.
Chef is included in Luxury Pool and Beachfront villas. For others: $30/day extra. Chef prepares meals from fresh market seafood. Groceries at market prices (~$10-15/person/day).
All villas have 100+ Mbps WiFi — sufficient for remote work, Zoom calls, and 4K streaming. Covers all rooms, terrace and pool area.
By arrangement. Some villas accept small pets. Contact us in advance. Additional deposit may be required.
Small events allowed until 10 PM at Group Villa. For larger events: arrange in advance. BBQ, karaoke, pool are available. House rules.
Travel & Transport
Direct flights to Phu Quoc: visa-free up to 30 days for most nationalities. Via Ho Chi Minh City/Hanoi: e-visa may be required ($25, online). Check current rules for your nationality before travel.
Direct flights from Ho Chi Minh City (1 hour), Hanoi, Bangkok, Seoul, Singapore. Seasonal flights from Moscow. Phu Quoc Airport (PQC) is central, 10-25 minutes to any villa.
Free for 5+ night bookings. Otherwise $15 one way. Driver meets at arrivals with name sign, helps with luggage. 10-25 minutes to villa.
Scooter (free with most villas) — best option. Grab taxi from $2/ride. Car with driver: $40-60/day.
November-April (dry season). Peak: December-February (book 2-3 months ahead). Budget: May-October (20-30% off, brief showers). Full season guide.
Practical Questions
Vietnamese Dong (VND), but USD is widely accepted. ATMs in Duong Dong. Our prices are in USD. Cards accepted at larger venues, night market is cash only.
Tap water: no. All villas have water filters — safe to drink. Bottled water provided free. Restaurant ice is purified. Wash market fruit with filtered water.
Night market: seafood grill $3-5, pho $1.5, juice $1. Restaurants: $5-10 lunch, $10-20 dinner. Cooking at villa: $10-15/day for a family. With personal chef: groceries ~$12-15/person/day.
Very safe — one of the safest destinations in Southeast Asia. Low crime, friendly locals. Main risks: sunburn (use SPF 50+) and traffic (be careful on scooters).
No sharks near shore. Jellyfish rare, mostly September-October. Mild sting (like nettle). Main beaches (Long Beach, Ong Lang) safe year-round.
